Our Typical Process.

Phase 1: Discovery

We work with key stakeholders to understand the business, the current data environment, and what the team needs from it. This discovery process involves us reviewing data sources, pipelines, reporting tools, business definitions, workflows, and the quality of the underlying data.

From there, we assess multiple possible paths, including the tradeoffs around cost, scalability, timing, internal capacity, and AI readiness. The result is a detailed audit with prioritized recommendations and a phased roadmap tailored to the business.

Phase 2: Implementation

We move the roadmap forward through weekly sprints and monthly milestones, giving stakeholders a clear view of progress, priorities, and upcoming decisions. The work may include integrating source systems, building or improving a data warehouse, developing governed data models, refining reporting logic, or launching a BI environment. We stay closely aligned with the team throughout implementation and adjust the plan as new information comes to light.

As the new environment takes shape, we document the systems and train the company’s team on the tools and workflows they will own. The goal is a smooth handoff, with the internal team prepared to confidently manage and build on what has been created.

Phase 3:
Ongoing Support

After the handoff, we remain available when additional support is needed. This may include troubleshooting, maintenance, new integrations, reporting requests, or help adapting the environment as the business changes. Support can be structured around the company’s needs, whether that means occasional assistance, a new phase of project work, or a longer-term partnership.
